Woocommerce product export file issue

Hi @vishdhayal

The issue with woocommerce export file, I believe it’s trying to open the file locally and it’s being saved on S3. That’s why it comes out blank, not sure.

If I understand correctly, is the file that is being uploaded blank?

As the issue is related to the S3 uploads plugin, have you contacted the plugin’s team in this regard? If this is the plugin you are using then you can post a support request here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wp-s3-smart-upload/

If not, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Yes the product export file is blank with no product data in it. I’m using the product export feature to download all products data, it’s currently giving no product data just the header names on it

Do you mean the product export tool in WooCommerce → All Products (https://snipboard.io/fe9ynk.jpg) or the download feature in Analytics → Products (https://snipboard.io/gd5fj1.jpg)?

You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce → Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in this thread.

I have tested this in a fresh WooCommerce installation and the built-in product export generates a CSV file properly.

Rereading your original post in this thread, you mentioned that the issue may be related to the S3 plugin. Have you tried deactivating that plugin and exporting exporting products from the all products page?

As Margaret suggested, since are using the S3 plugin for all your uploads, it will be best to reach out to the plugin developer for further assistance.
