1. For the Paintings page, I chose to leave it as a product category page …for now… I posted a description for “paintings” under products category but its not showing on the site, I cant add any text on that specific page it seems… can you change that? Or how can it be changed?

    2. In the product filter plugin I’m trying to exclude the term “pencil” and Id like to exclude a few more but that wont show on the site either, can you change that? Or how can it be changed?

    3. For the product filter, Id also like know how to make it collapsible. So when the user first opens the page the options aren’t immediately there but they have to click to open it, similar to the “price” option

    4. If I decide to change the “collage” divi page to a product category page, how do I link the other product filter [searchandfilter id=”collage”] to that page … since I cant copy the shortcode into the code module since it wont be a divi page

    5. I also would like to be able to use rankmath seo to help generate more organic traffic, im wondering which option would be best suited for that? A Product Category page (considering that I cant add text) or a Divi page? Or does it not matter?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    1. Please contact your theme’s developer about this, the product archives and templates are controlled by your theme, not the filter plugin.
    2. You can exclude terms if you do not want to be displayed within in the Product Filter, in the settings, add “-ID#” in the Exclude Terms field, see screenshot: https://share.zight.com/yAund9Yx
    3. In the filter’s settings check “Allow field groups toggle-able”: https://share.zight.com/yAund9bx
    4. Please contact your theme’s developers how you can add shortcodes to the mentioned page, that is controlled by your theme,.
    5. Please consult an SEO specialist about this, because our product filter plugin doesn’t have any effect on your SEO, Website Templates, Archives or Pages.

    1. Ok

    2. I typed in the numbers to exclude (eg. 13, 18, etc) not only did that NOT work, but it didn’t even display a message saying “no products were found matching your selection” Ive noticed on my collage/divi page there isnt that problem… so what do I do now? In a message thread with divi I was told the filter was set on the paintings page so it shows all the categories regardless of whether they contain products or not, if that’s the issue (which im not sure if it is), im not sure how to alter that in the divi theme customizer..

    3. I did check allow field groups toggleable and nothing changed or happened, what now?

4.Well I just asked them and was told by divi that they dont handle it you do, but now youre saying they do? I feel like im back at square one… whats the best option here?

2 – 3. Please contact us via email at info@themify.me, so we can investigate these further on your site.

    4. It is not just about how to add the shortcode there, how you add any custom content there, you can ask them that, eg. how you add a text where you want to add the shortcode, so that is handled by the theme, our plugin doesn’t control your archive templates or pages, your theme does.
