    Hi:
    版本: 2.0.30
WooCommerce product gallery images display with unlimited height.
WooCommerce Product Gallery appears normal on single product page in Firefox frontend.
In Chrome and Edge frontend, images display with unlimited height.
This issue is critical as the single product page is not functioning.
Tested with other themes, all work fine.
Please fix this error as soon as possible.
    Thank you!

    Hi:
Travel, Hotel, and Apartment Booking Solution for WooCommerce is conflicting with this plugin. Currently under resolution.

Blocksy had no issues in the previous version. After the upgrade, it changed into a descriptive problem! Reverting back to the old version resolved the issue.
    Thank you!

    Hello @hlv008

While indeed we had to make a few changes in the latest version to incorporate a different plugin, we believe that these changes should not affect other plugins.

Do you happen to have more information on the matter? Have you got the opinion of the plugin developer?

If this plugin is a must use, we may need to see more about its integration. For this, we would need a snapshot of the site using this plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/. Do you think you could do one for us?

    Thank you.

    Hi:
    wp-content/themes/blocksy/static/bundle/main.min.css
    .ct-media-container img, New version
    .ct-image-container img, Old version
Is this the problem? Changing it should fix it.
However, this depends on what changes were made in the official update.

    Hello @hlv008

Yes, that class has been changed as we’ve adapted some of the other code to be consistent across the site. ct-media-container would be the new class.

    Thanks.

Due to adjustments in the names, conflicts have arisen.
Unsure how to address this issue at present.
The image has an unlimited length.
Could you please provide guidance on how to handle it?
    Thank you!
    Grateful for your assistance!

    • No issues observed in Firefox browser.
    • Error encountered in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge due to excessively long images.

Query: What could be causing this issue? How can it be resolved?

    Hello @hlv008

Let’s verify one more thing – do you happen to have the “Tourific” plugins installed?

    Thanks.

    Hello @hlv008

I’m not sure that I understand your message here. Can you please confirm if you have that specific plugin installed?

    Thanks.

    Hi:
    Can only choose

    1. Astra tested without any issues
    2. Storefront tested without any issues
    3. Tested with the old Blocksy without any issues
    4. Blocksy 2.0.35 tested but unable to use

Thank you. Only able to change the theme!

    Hello @hlv008

I’m really sorry, but until now you have provided no relevant information about your issue. You jumped from one subject to another in every message and none of them have actually answered my questions.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer assistance unless you can provide the requested and relevant information to the issue.

Let me know if you’d like to collaborate. ??

    Thanks.

    Hello,

The installation of Blocksy 2.0.35 + Travel, Hotel, and Apartment Booking Solution for WooCommerce has led to the issue at hand.

I understand your frustration, and I apologize if there has been any confusion in our communication. To reiterate, the issue stems from changes made in the Blocksy theme’s CSS file, specifically regarding the classes .ct-media-container img in the new version and .ct-image-container img in the old version.

Since other themes do not exhibit this problem, it’s likely related to the adjustments made in Blocksy. To address this, reverting back to the old version resolved the issue, indicating that the changes introduced in the new version are causing conflicts.

If there are any specific details or further clarifications you require regarding this matter, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist you.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Hello @hlv008

I understand, but this is the same message that was posted a few times already. Unfortunately, this isn’t helpful at all. ??

Can you please confirm if you have the specific “Tourific” plugin installed?

If it is installed, then I’m afraid that we will not be able to integrate compatibility at this time for this plugin. The only alternative I can recommend is restoring the built-in WooCommerce gallery using this snippet – https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/code-snippets/restore-built-in-woocommerce-product-gallery/.

Also, very important. Can you please snapshot your site using this plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ – and send it our way for analysis? This would make this so much easier. ??

    Thanks.
