Woocommerce Product Import Disappeared

Hi @sarahharro,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Hi,

I have switched theme to Storefront and disabled all plugins bar WordPress and still have the same issue. It isn’t a conflict with theme or plugin – and has only started since the WP Database update was completed.

Thanks for the reply and thanks for keeping the thread up.

Normally, admin side problems are caused by conflicts or issues within the plugin itself. Since you’d said that the conflict test did not find any, the next step might have been to assess for issues within the plugin itself.

That said, I checked the URL and it seems you’ve already removed the site so it might not be possible to continue with the checks.

I build a new site few days ago and found Export and Import Product are disappear form Product,

I can just import product from Tools but can’t Export product as CSV anymore…
