    Hi

    I’m trying to import new products using the built-in product import, from CSV file. The file is mapped correctly and is detected by WC.

    Today the import is getting stuck at the progress bar, products are not imported or skipped.

    On the other hand the product export is working.

    I have tried to switch to the default theme, and deactivated plugins to check if there’s a conflict. This didn’t help.

    Any ideas what can be checked?

  • big database and insufficient hosting can be another problem, also the imports take images from where it was exported. keep that in mind.

    Weird, I tried to upload products using Safari browser, and it works fine. :/

    It’s interesting that the import works fine when using the Safari browser. This could suggest that the issue might be related to the browser you were initially using. If you haven’t done so already, try to clear your browser cache and cookies and disable all browser extensions.
