Woocommerce product listing

Hi there
Can I please get help with the below: (I have the free plugin)

1. I have affiliate products and would like to disable the click to the single product detail page. Instead the only click with take them to the external website. How can I achieve this please?

2. Is there a way to list my products (currently only shows in alphabetical order). Would like to reorganize this.
