• Hello,
Im using virtue theme from a month, no problems still today.
Today im editing some products & got “internal server error” then i uninstalled every plugins through renaming plugin folder and finally able to see dashboard.
all other pages are working fine, but if i go to single product page, im getting “500 internal server error”.
This is the problem with theme only, beacause i’ve activated mystyle & wordpress default themes everything works fine, and also no plugins are activated other than woocommerce.
Can anyone help me with the solution, i love to use virtue theme……

  • Hmm, do you have the latest version of the theme? Can you post a link? Do you have the latest version of woocommerce? Have you tried activating debug in the wp-config.php file?

    Now off topic:
this 500 internal server error is happening again & again for me, i dont know why. can you figure it?, suggest me what is the best soln for this.

Check your hosting provider, you may just need to increase you php max memory. in the php.ini file.

php is increased to 128 mb

    Did it help?

No, i did increased when woocommerce system report shown memory limit in critical.
after so many days of increasing memory limit, this 500 internal server error is happening.

I would talk to your host then, ask them to look in your error logs and see what might be the cause.

already pinged them, they says this is because of plugin overloading (without checking error log), i forced them to check my error log.

    Did they say which plugin?

No, but i can download that error log,
how to check errors in that?

    they said
“We have checked the account and we do not see any issues with this. Also, we have viewed your web site using several browsers and it is online.

In case this happens again, please try to clear the cache and cookies of your browser or try another browser just to check. Also, try to turn off your plugins to see if that will help resolve the issue. Then turn them on again one by one to see which one may be causing this”

Not sure what advice I can give you outside of switching to a better host.

It the server is being overloaded by running woocommerce then somethings wrong. How often does it happen?
