    I am using woocommerce plugin for my website. But when I purchase anything from the website I didn’t get any email as admin or customer. I have checked the email settings in the woocommerce..Everything is ok.. But still the email is not receiving. How can I solve the problem.. Please help

    Hi @mridulcse!

    WooCommerce uses the default mailing feature in WordPress, which relies on the wp_mail() function to process mails — core itself doesn’t do the processing.

    If emails are not being sent or received, then its likely an issue with the email function on your web server

    Here are few things you may check:

    1. The Junk or spam folder in your mailbox
    2. Install this plugin

    You can check the log of emails sent out from your site as mentioned in the plugin’s documentation here:
    https://wpemaillog.com/docs/view-logged-email/

    That should give you an idea whether the emails are sent out at all.

    Can you also browse to

    WP Admin >> WooCommerce >> Status

    Scroll through and check if you find any incompatibilities or warnings reported there.
