WooCommerce product reviews form

    I have an issue that is preventing customers leaving product reviews in WooCommerce.

    When a customer leaves a review and presses submit, the error “Please complete captcha” is shown

    But The captcha is not shown on the product review form in WooCommerce for the customer to fill in!

    Is it possible to either

    Remove the captcha from the product review form, as the customers has to be logged in and purchased the product to leave a review anyway

    Or if it’s simpler

    To show the captcha form

  • +1 to that as it loads two scripts on every product page adding 200kb to it and additional requests which are not needed since without login no one can leave comment or question or review.

    There is a settings in the plugin settings page to hide captcha for logged in users. Please go to settings page of the plugin and check this option. This will exclude itself for logged in users.
    Also this plugin only add scripts when require, that means if no form/captcha is shown in that page then no script will also load.

    Since the reviews can only be put by logged in users it does not make sense to load the recaptcha script for non-logged in users. We have not selected login checkbox in plugin settings to load recaptcha.

    Hi, I am new here, I also have issue with customer review and recaptcha

    issue is: Once the customer has logged in and try to leave a review for the product it says “The reCAPTCHA wasn’t entered correctly. Please use your browsers back button and try again.”

    However i have no recaptcha installed on the product review page.

    There is one recaptcha by default on login page for customer that i was unable to find a way to remove.
