Woocommerce Product schema is fetched automatically, but is wrong

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Hi, the link to troubleshoot your plugin goes to: “Oops! That page can’t be found.”

We use a plugin that creates an XML feed for Google Shopping, and they said it may be your plugin that is causing out of stock products to show as in stock.

Hi, that troubleshooting plugin doesn’t work. Once you activate troubleshooting mode, the site no longer loads, and completely fails in any browser with:

That’s concerning as it brings out the issue with your installation.

Can you please create a staging site and then disable all the plugins manually? After that, please revert to the default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty and then activate only the Rank Math plugin and WooCommerce.

Please check if the issue persists. If not, then start activating the remaining plugins and the theme until you are able to reproduce the issue.

You might have to contact your hosting to create a staging site for you for free.

When I look at a product page source, it clearly says out of stock:

Yet your plugin shows it as in-stock on the snippet preview, and the Google Shopping feed plugin creators said that it should show as out of stock on your snippet…

I spoke to the hosting company, they said that they will not create a staging site but that I can disable them on the live site. They also said that nothing in their setup would cause a redirect. THey recommended not using the Health Check plugin.

OK, we have now manually deactivated all plugins on the live site, and the theme, and the issue still remains, your snippet preview shows out of stock products as in-stock:

It seems like an issue with only the preview part of Rank Math but the data that is getting printed on the frontend is printing correctly and Google sees that correctly. You can check here:

0. Take a complete backup of your site
1. Go to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control
2. Enable the Beta Tester Option from Beta Opt-in Box
4. Go to the Dashboard > Updates and update Rank Math to the latest beta version
