woocommerce product schema (rich snippet) not showing

Thank you for reaching out to us. I’d like to understand this issue better. Can you share screenshots of what you see in the front end and the back end for your products with TT4 and with Astra? Could you also try with Storefront, please?

In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

• System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
• Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I just tried to reproduce this issue in another new fresh staging site and it worked properly, so I understand that it could be a problem with my “Edit Site” options in TT4, but I can’t find the error….

Thanks for all the information, let me just clarify some things to make sure we are on the same page.

As I understand:

• On your live site, having only WooCommerce active and TT4 theme, you can’t see the products schema (rich snippets)
• On the live site with Astra and only WooCommerce active you can
• On the staging site it works correctly even on TT4 everything works correctly

Is all of this correct?

Have you made any modifications on the TT4 theme on the live site?

Can you activate TT4 and share the error logs with us so we can take a look?

You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

thank you for your response.

I can’t see the product schema either on live site or on the test site with TT4. And I can see them with Astra theme on test site (I can’t active Astra theme on live site because it will broke my CSS customization).

I dont’ have any log with errors (and I have the error log activated).

I checked the TT4 theme on my test site and I can see that it is missing product schema.
I will dig deeper into this and find out whether this is by design to keep things simple or a bug.

Meanwhile, you could easily enable Schema on your site by installing a plugin like Yoast SEO.
The Yoast SEO also brings other SEO optimizations to the site.
Please note that this is a third-party plugin and its support is not covered by WooCommerce.
