Need help please, don’t know what causes this.
When I search products in admin panel (wp-admin), it says no products found despite “see all products” shows all products and are counted for. Applying filter works though.

Products are also found on the front end, permalinks is not an issue.
As you can see in the status report, plugin conflict should not have been what is causing it, as this problem still happens with only woocommerce activated.
Theme conflict is also not the issue, I’ve reverted to Twenty Nineteen theme, and it’s still not resolved.

Database and PHP are not out of date as well.

Need some serious help here, I’ve run out of ideas to fix this issue. I’ve scoured google for fixes, nothing seems to work.

Hi @vaxcorpindo,

Thank you for letting us know about this problem. We’ve seen a similar problem happen on a few sites, when the update scripts for WooCommerce 3.6. and newer didn’t set up the needed database tables. This is likely the database version in System Status Report is a few versions behind the WooCommerce version:

To get this fixed, you can go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and first click Update Database:

Then scroll a bit up and regenerate product lookup tables on the same page:

Each of these operations may take up to 10-15 minutes to complete, depending how many products there are in your store. Once it’s over, the product search function in WP Admin should work correctly again.
