    Hi, Rita,

Would you please try to go to the following page, instead?
    https://ritab7.sg-host.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpt-settings

The text box where you can paste your license key should be at the top of the Settings section.

I hope this helps fix your issue. Don’t hesitate to let me know if you need more assistance.

Hi there, thanks for following up. Unfortunately, there is no license key input field at the top of the Settings section. There are no “WPT settings.” I have two options under the WPT Admin menu – “Product Tabs” and “Getting Started.” There is no WPT Settings. There is no license key input field. The plugin is defaulting to the free version, even though it was purchased as a single-site plugin for $79 on Barn 2 plugin page.?There is no License key field available for WPT in Woocommerce settings either.? The only option I have is to upgrade to Pro. Clicking the Upgrade to Pro button takes me to the Barn 2 plugin page – to buy WPT again.

I thought it might be a block theme issue – which it still might be. I need to do more testing. That said, I switch themes – to Storefront, and I had exactly the same problem. Nothing changed. No license field is available anywhere.

    Hi, @rbest .

Thanks for your reply. I’m sorry to hear you’re having this difficulty. This forum is where we provide support for the free version of the plugin. So that we can assist you best with the pro version, please could you submit a support request via our Support Center using the email address that you used to purchase the pro version.

Many thanks. I look forward to hearing from you there.

    Hi Rita,

I know this is an old support ticket, but in case it’s helpful, I think the issue you were having was due to having both the Free and the Pro version of the plugin active at the same time. Deactivating the free plugin should resolve the issue. We have also since made some changes to the plugin so that if both plugins are installed, the Pro version takes priority, and therefore should show the license key etc.

    Kind regards,
    Andy
