    Hi @beachholiday

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you’ve encountered. Sometimes updates can cause unexpected changes when plugins interact. I’d recommend checking if Kadence Shop Kit or Booster Pro have any updates or patches that address such issues, as they might already be aligned with WC 9.6.0.

Also, if possible, test your setup on a staging site to avoid disrupting your live store. If not, make sure to backup your site first before pushing any updates.

If things remain the same, you might want to reach out to the plugin developers for further guidance.

If the developers share that they’ve updated their plugins for WooCommerce 9.6.0 compatibility and still the issue persists, please provide us with a system status report so we could check for other possible angles, you can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status, selecting Get system report, and then Copy for Support.

    Many thanks for your reply.

We have since found that the issue was with Kadence Shop Kit and their support fixed the issue with an update.

    Kind regards,

    Piet
