Woocommerce product thumbnails problem

Hi, I am trying to fix Gtmetrix “Serve scaled images”

but found out that if I am changing Thumbnail width (Image size used for products in the catalog.) to 121px

it fixes Gtmetrix error but I get blurred images on shop page
