WooCommerce Products are bypassed

  • Hello,

    Thanks for the plugin – really good idea.

    I have been testing and although homepage, product categories (archives) are working fine, actual products shows:

    CF-Cache-Status: BYPASS

    How do I fix this? Product is unselected where it says “don’t cache following page types”

    I’ve checked your page and your product page is getting screenshot because of the WooCommerce cookies being present in the product page. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/0YWImMx.png

    Anytime Cloudflare sees a page with custom cookies in it, it believes that the content of the page is dependent on those cookie values and hence don’t cache those pages. This has been already discussed multiple times in many previous support threads.

    Hi @isaumya,

    Thanks for giving some direction – I enabled “Strip response cookies on pages that should be cached” and it works fine.

    Does any of this impact on how WooCommerce works? From the basic test I did (adding products to cart etc.) it appears to be working fine, but I’m not sure if something else could be affected indirectly.

    Hi @alperinbiri,
    If you are using the “Strip response cookie” option, I will suggest you test your website very thoroughly to ensure everything is working perfectly without the cookies. That’s the only way to be certain by testing the whole website.
