woocommerce products displayed but using id instead of name

    i just installed wp awesome support in parallel to our woocommerce based shop. I was very delighted to see that your plugin automatically identified our woocommerce products.

    However when a user opens a new ticket, they get a list of the product ID’s (numbers) instead of the product names.

    Is there a simple way to fix that?

    Thanks for reporting this issue. Can you confirm that this only occurs on the front-end and not on the back-end?
