Hi, thanks for this great plugin – I’d love to buy the premium version if I can fix this:

    eg Google search: site:buzy.com.au

Any product that is in the index is being indexed with a disclaimer we have on every single product page, rather than the description of the product.

eg, all the products have the following text showing in Google index – “Note: Some product images are batch-obtained from the web. These images may not be of the actual product! Product images are for illustration only.”

Also, this site has been up over a month, and only a few pages are indexed. I have built similar sites before, and they got indexed way quicker…not sure if it’s the plugin, my noob skills or something else.

Anyway, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello!

The web is getting more and more saturated more and more quickly. In other words: it takes more time for Google to crawl and process your pages than you are used to.

As for many products showing alternative text from the page, that is because some pages have little to no other content available. Yes, what you have is very concise and descriptive for the market you’re after, but it needs a little more weight for Google to consider it.

The SEO Bar should inform you of descriptions that are “far too short”, via its red indicator. When the item contains a “G” (for Generated), it is indicative of having little usable content available for us to generate a description.

When that’s the case, it’s best to either add more content or to fill in a manual description. You can find this field in the Product SEO Settings underneath the content-editor. However, I recommend adding more content to the page first; it is, after all, what makes your webpages stand out and become usable for the public.

So, please consider adding “uses” or “benefits” of the products. You should be able to get those from the product suppliers. Beware of plagiarism detection; so, when possible, change some words without deviating from the facts.

I hope this helps! Cheers ??
