    I’m working with Woodmart theme, when I disable the Jag elementor kit plugin, the page starts working fine, but because I need to use your plugin, I’m only having trouble with this page, the side bar appears at the top of the page and the page’s css format is not showing properly. I wonder if we just exclude this page from the jag plugin, can we do something like this?

    We apologize for the delay in our response. We have checked your website, but we couldn’t find the specific “sidebar” you mentioned. Could you provide us with more details about the layout?

    In the meantime, we assume that the issue may be caused by a cache on your website. If you have a caching system in place, could you please clear all the caches? Caches can store outdated data that might interfere with the proper functioning of the system. After that, you can regenerate the Elementor data by going to the menu Elementor -> Tools For more details, please refer to the image below.
