    Yes, using the WooCommerce logger you should be able to see such changes.

    I did a quick test and it did log changes to product type and also (not in shown in this screenshot) it detected price changes. This was done using the build in editor. I have not tested the import/export plugin you mention so I can’t tell how it works when using that one.

    Using Simple History without the WooCommerce logger would show that the product has been updated, but not show any details about the changes made.

    Does this module allow us to track what user did made the change to a product, category, etc?

    Yes, product changes by different users will be logged. The screenshot below shows that two persons have done edits to a product.

    Categories are not logged at the moment it turns out. I will add this to the add-on so it will work in a future update.

    If you want to test the add-on you can simply buy it and then if it does not do what you want it to do you can ask for a refund and you will get one, no questions asked.
