Woocommerce Products Widget does not appear in some pages

We have a problem with the Woocomemce Widgets included in Woocommerce Plugin in our website.

The Woocommerce widget for products is added to the sidebar for the category or tag archive page for posts, but it does not appear. We have made several tests and the configuration seems correct.

We have changed the base slug for categories to “/”
Could it be due to this?

Maybe it’s a bug or error in the Woocommerce Plugin?
