WooCommerce purchases not regsitered

    We have an affiliate who sends a lot of traffic to our website. We can see the traffic in the plugin dashboard but non of the purchase is registered as a referrals.

    I have tried running a $0 order using the affiliate link. Same issue.

    Any idea what may be wrong?

  • Hi Michelle,

    Please check your installation and make sure that Affiliates WooCommerce Light Integration is installed and activated on your site.

    If after that you still notice referred sales are still not recorded, then it would be better for you to enable WP debugging and share your findings with us.
