• Hi team,

I need a solution to enable payment plans such as WooCommerce Subscriptions. I see in a previous support ticket someone else asked about this.

Can you confirm this plugin is indeed integrated and working now with WooCommerce Subscriptions?

Or do you have any alternative solutions?

    With thanks,
    Leanne

yes, it works with WooCommerce Subscriptions. Once you have a subscription plan, the WooCommerce Subscriptions would notify us for subsequent payment and we would charge it.

    Thanks for the eventual reply.

In the case of not being permitted to contact your development team directly, I have been going back and forwards with my Airwallex account manger in relation to this plugin.

Maybe here you can finally offer some more timely help.

    Issue 1:

I have been testing the subscription payments now for some time and it is working.

However, a very BIG issue for subscriptions in your plugin is that the standard WooCommerce functionality for front end credit card changes within the customer’s my-account tabs has been disabled by your plugin.

For subscriptions, it is absolutely vital that a customer can update their payment methods. What if their card expires, gets lost or stolen and they replace it, or they simply just want to use a different card for their future payments?

Currently there is no ability whatsoever for the customer to update their card details and I do not even have the ability to facilitate this in the back end. In this day and age where you are agreeing to an ongoing payment this is pretty unprofessional.

Is it please possible to enable this standard functionality in your plugin?

I have been asking for weeks upon weeks for this.

    Issue 2:

Since your plugin update, my orders now sit in a Processing status and do not resolve to Completed.

I have the Capture immediately box checked and the Capture status set to Processing – as per the instructions on the Airwallex site. This has been working up to now.

Any ideas how I can resolve this as a matter of urgency?

    Thanks.

Ok I resolved issue 2 – apologies. I didn’t have a course attached to my trial product after taking this off sandbox testing.

Issue 1, I’m still very keen to have fixed.

    Cheers.
