Woocommerce redirecting to order confirmation without payment

    Hello,

    I am having an issue with my woocommerce site

    We have set up a payment gateway provided by our bank ( LCL ), so far we can see the options that it gives us on the checkout and we are able to select with which card to pay.

    However when click to pay we are not seeing either the iframe or the redirection to the bank page to input our card details, instead we are sent straight to the thank you page.

    WordPress and Woocommerce are latest version and we are using the eMart theme.

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

    I understand that when selecting the LCL payment option, the checkout doesn’t show the iframe or redirect to the bank page for card details, and instead goes directly to the thank you page.

    Could you share a link to the LCL Payment Gateway?
    I want to check the plugin details.

    Are you able to complete a purchase using another method like Cash on Delivery or Direct Bank Transfer? This will help determine if the issue is with the core payments.

    Does the LCL payment gateway have a Test Mode?
    Enabling it could assist in performing test transactions.

    I also recommend contacting LCL support for further insights.
