  • We’re having the same problem here, as soon as you try to type in a password the register button greys out. Deactivating the Mailchimp plugin makes it work again. It seems to stop the password strength indicator from showing. We’re running WordPress 4.9.1, WooCommerce 3.2.6 and PHP 7 on the server.

Edit: There is this warning in the console
“The SSL certificate used to load resources from https://mc.us17.list-manage.com will be distrusted in M70. Once distrusted, users will be prevented from loading these resources. See https://g.co/chrome/symantecpkicerts for more information.”

    Hey all

I see I’m not the only one with that problem.
When it will be fixed. This plugin is the only one which works fine with woocommerce and chimpmail for me.
I have all updated but still doesn’t work.

I found similar topic for this problem from 2 months ago and it still isn’t fixed (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/creating-account-customer-sync-doesnt-work/)

    Please devs help us.

I have the same problem. Please fix it This is urgent!

I figured it out. For the time being till they fix it you can disable POP-UP form and then it will work. Don’t know why POP-UP messes the registration form. It worked for me like that.

Hi everyone, our apologies on the radio silence; it took us way too long to figure out where things were conflicting and why they did. In isolated cases (and of course yours as well) the CSS class for the registration newsletter checkbox was causing a conflict in JavaScript. Anyway, we’ve finally got it shored up in our latest release out today (2.1.8).

We sincerely appreciate your patience with this issue and please let us know if you there’s anything else we can do to make the plugin better.
