• Hi,
I am encountering an issue with WooCommerce’s user registration process on my website, and I would appreciate your assistance.

Here’s a summary of the problem:

    • When All In One WP Security is enabled, users can register but they do not receive the password reset email to set a password. The registration process works, but the email with the reset link is blocked.
    • When All In One WP Security is disabled, the registration process does not work as expected. Users are directly registered and logged in without receiving the usual password reset email or a prompt to set a password.

Could you please help me resolve this? It seems that disabling All In One WP Security affects WooCommerce’s email registration flow, and I would appreciate guidance on how to ensure that users can properly register, receive the password reset email, and set a password.Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hi @minamt,

When All In One WP Security is disabled – Yes, by default, WooCommerce does automatically log in a new user after successful registration on the “My Account” page

When All In One WP Security is enabled – you might have manual approval of user registration ( WP security > User security > Manual approval) enabled that is why it seems the registration email ( reset password email) do not sent.

Generally the WooCommerce MyAccount registration section have password input up to I know. Please cross check why you do not have that? It should be in registration form as below screenshot.

Can you please proivde more details the registration form how it is created ? Why it do not have password field.

    Hi @hjogiupdraftplus,
You were right, there was an option disabling that password input, I enabled it back, now it’s working, I enabled the manual approval as well, so the users can’t log in until I approve the account, but I would prefer if they receive an email when I approve so they’ll know their account is active but is All in One Security is blocking that? Can you help me do that?

    Hi @minamt,

If manual approval enabled and a new user registered, You as admin can see in list “Approve registered users” (WP security > User security > Manual approval) that user to approve.

Once you approve, It should send an email to user with “[ Site URL ] Your account is now active”.

If possible you can install WP Mail loging plugin and check, if there is any issue in sending email.

    Regards
