How is the related products field populated?
When I add a new product, I fill out the linked products fields but the products I enter for cross sells do not show up. The Up-sells section is fine, but not the cross-sells. Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

    Thanks

    Hi @nubiesan,

How is the related products field populated?

Related products are pulled dynamically from your store based on shared tags and categories of the current product. Thus, these products cannot be specified manually but you can use tags and categories to influence the products that get displayed.

The Up-sells section is fine, but not the cross-sells.

The cross-sells are supposed to be shown on the cart page. If you added a cross-sell product correctly on the edit product page and you don’t see it on the cart page, it might be that there’s a conflict preventing it from being shown.

Could you try to perform a full conflict test to see whether you can find the cause of the issue – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

**Edit:** Upon checking your site’s cart page, it seems that the cross-sells are being displayed okay:
