Woocommerce Rental + Subscription

I am using Woocommerce Rental Products and Woocommerce Subscriptions to power my clothing subscription and rental service. I have a pretty simple automation setup on AC that takes customers tagged as “Subscribers” who have made a purchase through a flow, and is important in terms of sending a return reminder email. It is not working, though, and the contacts that fulfill the requirements are not showing up in the queue of the automation.
