Woocommerce reports doesn’t work

    Hi there,

    On the Woocommerce/Reports section i don’t see any value of the purchases. I’ve disabled all plugin and switched to default theme but it’s still same issue. Also tried delete cache and import historical data but wasn’t helpful. What is the exact problem? Can someone help me please.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It seems like you’ve already tried some common troubleshooting steps such as disabling plugins, switching to the default theme, clearing cache, and importing historical data.

    As a next step, I suggest heading over to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear. Then check again the analytics report.

    I understand you are checking this under WooCommerce > Reports, correct?

    Can you please go to the Analytics session and check if the information is also missing there?

    Can you also please share the Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    I suspect that the issue that you’re experiencing could be related to caching issues. Checking your system status report, I see that you have the following active plugin:

    WP Fastest Cache: by Emre Vona – 1.2.3

    I’ve seen some cases where this kind of cache plugin generates conflicts, can you see if temporarily disabling this resolves the issue?

    Additionally, you can also ask your hosting support to see if you’re running any other caching systems in your server and try to disable them to see if the issue is solved.

    If that makes no difference, I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to see if there are perhaps any theme/plugin conflicts causing the issue. You can do this by following the steps outlined in the support guide below:

    To prevent testing on your live site, you can use the free?Health Check?plugin which will allow you to deactivate plugins and switch themes while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
