    Hi Support

We have added custom fields to the following product, and all worked fine up until we added The WooCommerce Request a Quote plugin.

The issue we facing is that the selected custom fields aren’t displaying in the cart area, and they not displaying in the email notice as well.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

    Kind regards
    Dale

  • Hi,
This is because of the ajax functionality of the request a quote plugin.
Please disable those it will fix the issue. If you want an ajax add cart, you can use our plugin ajax add to cart functionality.

    Thank You

    Hi Rahul

I’ve added the Ajax plugin as requested, but nothing has changed.

Where do I disable the Ajax for the Request a Quote plugin? Just can’t seem to find it on the backend dashboard.

    Kind regards
    Dale

    Hi,
    Sorry, you misunderstood my words.
Your “Request a Quote” plugin already has ajax add to cart functionality. Please disable those ajax add to cart functionality then everything will work fine.

    Thank You

    Hi Rahul

Those were already disabled, but thanks for the response though.

We will have to head in another direction instead.

    Kind regards
    Dale
