    Hello and good day.

I have a dropshipper who can not see WooCommerce orders for me which are created using two different Walmart Integration Plugins: Codisto Multichannel and CedCommerce.

The dropshipper is telling me they need to use Standard WooCommerce Rest API.

Both plugin developers are assuring me they are using the standard rest api.

However, the dropshipping is assuring me they are not able to see the orders when they come in.

Can you help point me in the right direction?

Is there anything I can do to see what the real problem is?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

With regard to the WooCommerce REST API, access codes for that can be configured from inside your WooCommerce site by following this documentation.

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-rest-api/

For the developer level documentation, you can find that located on this site below; this covers authentication and all the endpoints and parameters which can be accessed using the REST API.

    https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#introduction

Regarding testing API calls, we have some information on testing API calls using an app called Postman, I’ve referenced that for you below too.

    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Getting-started-with-the-REST-API

    I hope this helps!

    Thank you for your response.

I have forwarded this information to the developer.

He has tested and reported the following:

I went in-depth with the tests and unfortunately, our hands are tied here. While the responses created by the plugins are WooCommerce-friendly, they’re not being passed onto us ahead – with or without those plugins. It’s WooCommerce at fault here, which is not sending us any output when the orders are generated. Unless we receive a trigger from them saying, ‘Hey! Process this order please’, we cannot import those orders. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you.

Is there someway to troubleshoot this from the WooCommerce end?

    Hi there @rayeason ??

Is there someway to troubleshoot this from the WooCommerce end?

Thanks for reaching out! From what I understand, this is about the order statuses, in relation to the API.

Here’s the rundown of the order statuses in the documentation, which are all reflected in the API.

I hope that clarifies things further.
