Woocommerce Review all getting marked as spam comments

Whenever a logged-out visitor tries to leave a product review on my site, Anti-Spam throws up a ‘comment is a spam’ message. I don’t have Jetpack on the site. The reviews are managed by the ‘WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro’ plugin. I have tried rolling back the Anti=Spam plugin to version 5.1, but I get the same result. When I deactivate Anti-Spam, comments can be left ok. I made sure that the comment didn’t look like a spam, and I know that other customers are having the same problem when they try to leave reviews.
