Woocommerce reviews notification email

    Hello,

    I’m not getting product reviews email notofication.

    I checked this post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/woocommerce-reviews-notification-email/ and code placed in functions.php for me its not working.

    For sending email im using CUSREV reviews plugin but their support says its nothing about them.

    I also checked settings and i have turned on comments in WordPress. For test I additionaly enabled it in blog posts – after I write test comment i receive immediately email notification about post review. The only problem is with products.

    Do you have an idea what is going on?

    First, ensure that emails are properly triggered in WordPress/WooCommerce by installing the WP Mail Logging plugin and trying again to reproduce the issue.

    Once a review is submitted, you should see a log of all triggered emails in a new admin menu item under WP mail Logging > Email Log. If you see the review notification email there but not in your inbox, contact your website hosting provider for additional support.

    This may occur if, from a WordPress/WooCommerce standpoint, everything functions correctly, but your hosting server blocks emails from sending.

    Common reasons for blocking include blacklisted IPs, server firewalls, and automatic filtering bypassing the spam folder. However, if you don’t see any emails under WP mail Logging > Email Log after reproducing the issue, it likely signifies a setup issue requiring further investigation.
