Woocommerce rounding issue with some products

Hi,have rounding issue with some products,my rounding i set 3 places after comma.

I use also this woocommerce deposit plugin

Round tax at subtotal level, instead of rounding per line,is unchecked

Taxes is set to 20%

with 1 product in cart,everything is like should be

Pay now and pay later is 0,081

but with 9 products in cart

is 1,383 and 1,382,but both should be the same amount

with 10 products is again ok and with 11,is again not ok

my client wants these amounts to be equal,not different with some amounts in cart,can i do something to fix this?

I also tried to set rounding to 4 places after comma,but when i add to cart more than 9000 items,same thing begins.
