    Hello @mobitsolutions

    It might be related to the onboarding process of your account not being completed correctly. To resolve this, you should go to the Connection tab in your PayPal Payments plugin settings.

    At the bottom of this tab, you will find an option to “Remove PayPal Payments data from Database.” This option is near the “Clean Now” button. By clicking on the “Clean Now” button, your current PayPal settings will be cleared. After clearing the data, please go through the onboarding wizard again to login your PayPal sandbox account again.

    Once you have completed the onboarding process, test your payments again to see if it correctly redirects to sandbox.paypal.com.
