    Hi @ckwang

We’re glad to hear that it’s been a useful tool for your website.

Regarding your question about search logs, one of the most popular plugin you can use is Google Analytics, which allows you to track and report website traffic, including search terms. You would need to set up Site Search in Google Analytics to start tracking what users are searching for on your website.

    I hope this information helps!

Hi Darla. Unfortunately ga4 is now a very impractical version of it’s former self and tremendously difficult to operate. I would like to know if this information is available at all somewhere deep within the worries woocommerce system or database log that we can directly access?

    Hi @ckwang

You may want to explore the WordPress plugin directory, as there are lots of free plugins there. You may search on www.ads-software.com/plugins or something like “WordPress plugin that records customer searches” on Google.

Keep in mind that third-party plugins may lack official support, unlike our paid plugins. You may check the plugin details and user reviews to pick the best fit for your needs and ensure they’re compatible with WooCommerce.
