    Hi @baggiess ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

As I understand, you are trying to remove the WooCommerce plugin but it reinstalls after 2 days, correct?

This is very odd behavior as WooCommerce does not have the ability to reinstall itself on your site and would need to be done manually.

Are you perhaps installing a backup on your site where WooCommerce was active?

Are you deactivating WooCommerce or deleting the plugin from your dashboard?

    Example of deactivating:

    Example of deleting:

Are there any error messages being displayed when deactivating/deleting WooCommerce?

More information on uninstalling and deleting WooCommerce can be found here.

Additionally, if WooCommerce is still active on your site at the moment, please can you share the following in order to have a better understanding of your sites current environment:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    Cheers!
