    I am trying to make use of the facility to print shipping labels within the WooCommerce module. But, it simple says, “Section not loading? Visit the status page for troubleshooting steps.” The “status page” is linked to WooCommerce -> Status -> WooCommerce Services. But when I go to that page, it also says the same message: Section not loading? Visit the status page for troubleshooting steps. Please help figure out how I can connect to WooCommerce Services.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @mvenkadesan,

    Can you confirm which versions of WooCommerce Services and WooCommerce are installed on the site?

    The latest for each is:
    * WooCommerce Services?—?1.24.1
    * WooCommerce —?4.4.1

    If the plugins are not up to date, we recommend updating them. We have more on updating WooCommerce at this page.

    If the problem persists after updating, please see if installing the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin helps to resolve the problem.

    The versions are both the latest ones. I tried enabling the jQuery Migrate Helper and that made no difference.

    The issue is only with WooCommerce Services under Shipping. The automatic tax calculation is working fine.

    @mvenkadesan Have you done any conflict testing on the site to determine if another plugin or theme is causing the problem? We have a page on that here.

    If conflict testing is inconclusive, please send along your site’s System Status Report at WooCommerce → Status.

    From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    After updating latest wordpress version, my woocommerce plugin is causing fatal errors and preventing my site from working. i tried to install updates, but it didn’t work. i got a message from my host, regarding an error in my woocommerce plugin. i deactivated woocommerce and tried to re activate but now it’s not activating.

    @tijosh : Good suggestion to look for plugin or these conflicts. Unfortunately, inconclusive. In fact, I have not added or removed any of them from before when WooCommerce Services was working fine.

    Can I send you the System Report privately? Does it not contain information that could compromise server security?

    @tijosh PLease help me as well.

    I am having the same issue as the original poster.

    If I update woo commerce, jetpack and woocommerce services, I am no longer able to print shipping labels and get the same error described above. I am on siteground hosting.

    Additionally, the woocommerce dashboard page and woo commerce customers page, are now blank content areas with no content.

    Thank you @mellowvision . I checked it out and your awesome work indirectly helped me solve my issue for now. There is some strange interaction between .htaccess firewall settings and the cache. I had to disable all the firewall settings in my .htaccess and then re-enable them with cache flushes and restart between the steps.

    Spoke too soon. If I re-enabled those firewall rules, it made things unrepeatably unreliable. So, I have disabled the firewall rules for now. It is a shame that legitimate plugins use the well-established problematic URL characters that are listed by perishablepress.com.
