WooCommerce setting is not working properly

When you say the rate isn’t appearing, what’s happening – is the entire window not loading? A screenshot would be helpful here, so we know what you’re looking at.

By the looks of it .. it appears to be a theme issue.

Have you tried switching to a default WordPress theme, such as [Storefront](https://www.ads-software.com/themes/storefront/), to see if the problem still exists?

this issue is not with theme
i have uploaded csv file with 16000 pincodes 3months ago.that why is not working properly.5days ago for one time its appeared but after that not working
