    Also I have tried different solutions. I hope to resolve soon because I have a site off line. Please can someone help us?

    Have you checked to make sure that the shipping calculator is turned on in the settings>shipping panel?

    Yes, it is turned on and nothing happens ??

    i figure out something.. make sure the product is not a virtual product or you set the weight of the product

    I removed the flag form virtual …
    yes, it works!
    That was the problem and I could not understand.

    Administrator, for me is solved!

    HI, I’m experiencing the same problem. I’ve got flat rate and free shipping turned on and I’ve double checked that non of my products have the virtual flag on and also that the measures and weight are left blanck and still the problem is not solved.
    When in the shopping cart thre is a message saying that no shipping method is available…

    Can somebody please help me? My shop is on hold due to this!!

    Perhaps your settings are wrong? Or you haven’t enabled the shipping method?
