Woocommerce shipping

    Hi all.
    I am hoping you can help with a problem with woocommerce regarding shipping. I am based in Spain and want to sell products in Spain, the UK and Ireland. (New site not finished) salouscene.com
    I have added the shipping to these 3 countries and with Spain and Ireland the areas are automatically added and if you go to the checkout page you can automatically choose the area in Spain and Ireland, however with the UK there is no areas when you add for the UK just (United Kingdom) and in the checkout page you can not select an area like you can with Spain and Ireland eg with Spain you can select a (province) and with Ireland you can select a (county) With the UK there is no drop down to select an area and it defaults to (county) with no option for an area.

    The provinces for Spain and Ireland were added automatically when I selected Spain and Ireland in general and in shipping but not for the UK.
    you can see this if you go to my site, add a product and select Ireland or Spain and you get the options but with the UK just a default to (county) and no drop down option.
    It’s my first woocommerece site so I am hoping you can let me know how I can solve this.
    I have searched online and can not find any way to solve this for the UK.

    By default, WooCommerce does not include all UK regions. You can use this small plugin to include all states of the UK in WooCommerce’s list – https://github.com/leewillis77/woocommerce-uk-counties

    In case of custom states addition, you can take a look at this guideline – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/addmodify-states/

    Hi Rashed Thank you very much for your fast reply.
    I could not find the plugin you mentioned when searching for (woocommerce-uk-counties) add plugin in wordpress but when I searched I found another plugin called (woocommerce locations pack) which seems to do exactly what I wanted so far.
    It also works for other countries like France and Portugal in case anyone else is looking for this type of plugin.
    However I would never have found it without searching for the plugin you mentioned!

    I am glad to know that you have got it fixed already.

    However, the plugin’s link I have shared is not available on www.ads-software.com because it is a small plugin that you can download directly from the GitHub page – https://github.com/leewillis77/woocommerce-uk-counties
