Hello, I have an web-store which need some help for the shipping fees.

    Until £30, I offer 3 different prices:

    1. £2.99 (slow)
    2. £3.99 ( medium)
    3. £6.99 ( express)

If the customer buy more than £30 I offer 4 different prices:

    1. Free Delivery
    2. £2.99 (slow)
    3. £3.99 ( medium)
    4. £6.99 ( express)

But I want to change the delivery prices if is more than £30 for the following and keep the bellow £30 as the same.

    1. Free Delivery
    2. £1.99 (slow)
    3. £2.99 (medium)
    4. £5.50 ( express)

How can I do this in woocommerce?

    Thanks.

    Hi @bcgels

I’m happy to assist you with modifying your shipping fees. Here’s how you can adjust your shipping fees based on the order amount:

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping.
    2. Click on the shipping zone where you want to set up your shipping methods.
    3. To create your first tier (for orders under £30), click “Add shipping method”. Select “Flat Rate”, then click “Add shipping method”.
    4. Click on the “Flat Rate” you just added. Here, you can set the costs to £2.99, £3.99 or £6.99. Repeat this step to add the other two shipping options.
    5. For orders over £30, you will need to add a new shipping method. This time, select “Free Shipping”. In the settings, set the “Free shipping requires…” dropdown to “A minimum order amount” and set the “Minimum order amount” to £30.
    6. Repeat the process of adding a “Flat Rate” for the other three shipping options, setting the costs to £1.99, £2.99, and £5.50 respectively.

Remember to save your changes. Customers who order more than £30 will see the new shipping rates, while orders under £30 will see the original rates.

Alternatively, I would recommend using the Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce or WooCommerce Advanced Shipping plugin for a better and easy-to-manage system. These plugins allow the addition of multiple tables of rates and conditions per shipping zone.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

    Hello,

Thanks. I tried this, but in the cart just use the under £30 prices for shipping.

I followed the steps as you said.

    Hey, @bcgels!

Please note that by default, it is not possible to have the flat rate be different depending on the order total. You can only set up free shipping depending on the order total.

To set this up you would need a plugin like the ones my colleague mentioned.

We recommend Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce, as we provide support for it ?? You also have a 30-day money-back guarantee to test it out.

    I hope this was clarifying.

    Have a wonderful day!

Ok, thanks. But your colleague said could be done, or using a plugin.

    Will check this plugin
