    Hi,

If there is an order that includes products that are shipped both from Printful and by me there are two shipping costs. For some reason both shipping costs are incorrectly added to Printful statistics as profit.

For example if an order is as follows:

Printful item cost: 10€ (retail price 15€)
    Printful shipping cost: 5€
Same order has a 2nd shipping cost for a non-printful item shipped by me: 10€

In this case Printful adds the 2nd shipping cost of 10€ I charge for shipping non-printful items to the profit on the statistics page. This makes the Printful statistics page profits incorrect. For example:

Your customer pays: 30€ (Incorrect, customer pays 20€ for Printful order)
Printful price: 15€ (This is correct)
Your profit: 15€ (Incorrect, profit is actually 5€)

I already contacted chat support and they stated that “This is expected outcome, not a bug.”.

  • Hey Sami,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention!
We extensively consulted with our developer team on how to combat the issue you’ve encountered.
The reason this happens is that taxes/shipping/discounts are not available/stored per item in a bunch of the integrations we have available, including WooCommerce.
In this case, what we can work with is one global “shipping cost” and we are not currently able to divide it into several shipping costs.

This is not to say that it won’t be possible in the future.
We truly appreciate your feedback on this as it helps us improve and develop our platform to make it easier and more useful to you, as well as other users.
We don’t currently have an ETA for a fix, but our developer team is certainly keeping it on their radar.

If you have any additional feedback for us, feel free to reach out at [email protected]! ??
