Woocommerce Shipping cost by quantity

I’m trying to do something which perhaps should be easy and straightforward but is proving to be difficult.
I have a WordPress Woocommerce site.
I have some products on the site. The problem I’m having is managing the shipping costs.
Product 1
should be ‘UK Standard at ￡1.75’
For multiple items of up to 5 products the shipping should be ‘UK Large at $2.80’
Product 2
should be ‘UK Small at ￡1.00’
Again for multiple products of up to 5 products it should be ‘￡2.80’

I can’t find where I’m supposed to change this – without buying extra plugins – or which plugins I should use to create these type of shipping costs.

Can somebody please help?
