Woocommerce Shipping Costs – Limiting areas

You’ll want to make one shipping zone for JUST that zip code and add your shipping method. See https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

You’ll want to make sure that you do NOT add a shipping method to the default zone “Locations not covered by other zones” — when you leave this blank, it should return a shipping error and not permit checkout with a non-valid zipcode.

If that does not work, please send us a screenshot of your shipping zone setup.

If you want a certain product to ship to a specific zip code only, you’d need to use a plugin that allows you set such a rule at product level. Here are some plugins for you to check out:
