WooCommerce Shipping Error: Package Dimensions must be greater than zero

    I’m getting an error saying that the package dimensions must be greater than 0x0x0. Everywhere that deals with package dimensions has numbers greater than zero. Something isn’t being read correctly from the database.
    I have disabled all plugins and re-activated them one by one with no sign of a change. It won’t let me print labels and, unlike the weight which give me a box to change the weight, it gives me no where to amend the dimensions and won’t let me print.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind sharing a bit more on which shipping plugin you’re using to fetch rates and/or print shipping labels? I’m asking as the core WooCommerce plugin doesn’t have any of the functionality you’re mentioning and I’d just like to make sure you at the correct support platform ??
