Woocommerce shipping method is not showing

Hi,

I have created new shipping method for test it is “free”, but this method is not appearing on the checkout page. But for real I need shipping method like this, delivery by courier with a payment when delivered by courier. I have tried to:

1. Disabled all plugins except woocommerce
2. Change theme
3. Cleared cache
4. Also tried to create programmatically shipping method.

The result is always the same, shipping method is not showing up.

May be someone can help me with this situation?
