Woocommerce Shipping Problem

  • I’m new to woocommerce but have got most things running ok. My big problem is that despite having set UK as my base location and enabled shipping to UK only my cart comes up with the following message;
    Sorry, shipping is unavailable to the United Kingdom (UK). If you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements please contact us.
    If I enable International shipping the message disappears but adds international costs..
    Any ideas really welcome. Thanks. N
