Service- WooCommerce Shipping
Within an order I click “Create shipping label“
Orig Address, Destination address- entered fine
Packaging: I select Package Details: Regional Rate Box A1 (but the error happens on all regional rate boxes selected)
Total weight is 122.08oz (less than 15lb limit for box A)
Click “Use These Packages”
Shipping rates: returns the following message “No rates available, please double check dimensions and weight or try using different packaging.”

Settings:
Shipping>ShippingZones>Zone>Shipping Method=USPS
Shipping Rates: Use Commercial
Services: ENABLED- Priority Mail? Regional Rate Box A & ENABLED- Priority Mail? Regional Rate Box B

Shipping>WooCommerceShipping
All 4 regional rate boxes are enabled.

Why are rates not available for parcels using regional rate Boxes? The total weight for Box A is less than 15lb and Regional Rate Box B is less than 20lbs? This was working the last time we used this box size in December.

Thank you for reaching out about this. From what I gather, you are using the WooCommerce Shipping plugin, and you have recently discovered that rates for parcels using regional rate Boxes are not available. Correct?

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.

Additionally, since a picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes, could you also share screenshots of the screens mentioned with your first message, please? https://snipboard.io/ is a good (online) tool of choice for sharing it here.

Thanks for sharing the requested information above.

Kindly be informed that according to the USPS website, these regional boxes are discontinued as of Jan 22 2023: https://link.usps.com/2022/12/29/priority-mail-change/

Can you please check the proposed solution on this Github thread and see if this works on your end? Eventually, these boxes would be removed after the update.

I was not aware USPS discontinued the service. Thank you. Problem resolved, customer ignorance corrected LOL.
