WooCommerce Shipping Zone

    I’m facing problem to setting up shipping zones in WooCommerce, and I need to cover all areas within Dubai. However, I’ve noticed that Dubai areas do not have specific postal codes.

    Could you please provide guidance on how I can create shipping zones regions to include all areas within Dubai despite the absence of postal codes for these areas?

    Any help or insights you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @28rashmi

    You can create a shipping zone for the entire United Arab Emirates, which will cover Dubai as well. Here’s how:

    1. Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones.
    2. Click “Add shipping zone”.
    3. Enter a descriptive Zone Name (e.g., UAE), and select “United Arab Emirates” from the “Zone regions” dropdown.
    4. You can limit the zone within a specific Zip/postcode by clicking on “Limit to specific ZIP/postcodes”.
    5. Click “Add shipping method” and select the shipping method you want to use for this zone.

    Now, all orders from the UAE, including Dubai, will fall into this zone.

    If you want to create more specific zones within Dubai, you can use shipping classes. Assign a shipping class to products from certain areas and then add a shipping method for that class to your UAE zone.
